Do not see a hallmark on your silver jewellery? Silver articles weighing less than 7.78 grams are not required to carry a hallmark and therefore not usually marked.

If you would like to speak to us over the telephone, please email us your telephone number, when we can call you and as much information as possible on what you would like to talk to us about (so that the right person can contact you). We will telephone you at an agreed time, usually within 24 hours. [We are an online company and prefer to communicate via email. That way we both have a paper trail. Also, when we did publish our telephone number, 99 calls out of 100 were from people trying to sell us something. This way will can still talk to you, but we filter these calls.]
